Why practice with me?
Explore your potential beyond "just yoga".
Develop
Mind-Body Awareness
Most of the time we're not even aware why we're in pain or out of breath. Regular Yoga practice helps develop body awareness to get you more in touch with your physical self, and learn how to read the signs and listen to what your body is silently telling you.
Understand &
Sync Your Cycle
It's time to end the big mystery around women's menstrual cycles! Understand the 4 stages of your cycle and learn how to make the most of your body's natural monthly highs and lows.
Ayurveda &
Natural Fertility
Using Ayurvedic methods and Yoga asanas, I'll guide you on your Fertility Journey! Ayurveda is the sister science of Yoga and is Sanskrit for "Science of Life". It helps create a delicate balance of mind, body, and spirit, taking into account each person's individual body as well as history.

About Me.
After graduating with a Masters in International Marketing, I dedicated more than ten years of my life working in the Marketing & Communications industry before I decided to switch career paths in 2020. Following my lifelong passion, I immersed myself in yoga (both physical and philosophical), and in 2022, I traveled to Rishikesh, India to begin my yoga path.

What style of yoga do I teach?
Just like fingerprints, everyone's body is uniquely their own.

I tailor my classes for each individual student, taking into account both their history and their ultimate goal.
Your body is uniquely yours, made up of your daily habits, your nervous system and its reactions, your past and your present moments.

Using Hatha-Vinyasa style of yoga, I also like to weave Yin/Restorative yoga in my class to give my students a well-rounded practice. I've also taught flexibility yoga, chair yoga, yoga for senior and elderly, yoga for diabetes, and yoga for anxiety and depression.

I incorporate a variety of traditional yoga practices and philosophies in my classes, by combining asana (yoga poses), pranayama (breath control), and dhyana (meditation) to help each student practice their own unique form of yoga, suited for their body type and daily habits.

What is Hatha-Vinyasa?
Hatha yoga is practiced at a slower pace, with focus on controlling the breath, precise and aligned movements, and stretching. Vinyasa yoga is connecting your breath to your movements, which keeps you in a constant flow of movements. Hatha-Vinyasa is a combination of the two styles, so you gain the best of both worlds with precise, aligned poses that flow with your breath.

My Journey to Yoga
Yoga is more than just a set of physical practices,
it's a philosophy and a lifestyle.
My dream is to help others the way yoga has healed me.

Before committing to improving my life through yoga,
I was intensely career-driven and not taking care of my mental or physical health;
I was living with anxiety and depression for many years and not understanding WHY;
I lived with severe stomach pains that doctors couldn't diagnose,
and said was from being "too stressed".
Yoga practice and philosophy as well as meditation helped
lift me out of my anxiety and toxic thought process,
gave my body strength, mobility, and flexibility,
and also gave me mental clarity, allowing me to finally focus
more deeply on my passions and goals.

Yoga is so much more than just physical benefits -
it's a deeply mental and emotional journey too!
